Collaboration Kitchen

Very excited to announce that Collaboration Kitchen has raised $1,748.14 to date for us through monthly cooking demos with guest chefs who cook & prepare Scallops, Corvina, Yellowtail & sometimes Octopus!  There are also educational seminars lead by the Catalina Offshore crew.  It’s always a fun filled night of seafood education, recipes and tastings, brought to you by Specialty Produce and Catalina Offshore Products.

The next event is Sunday September 26th at 6pm at Catalina Offshore with Chef Chad White.  The cost is $45 & there’s only 50 available spots which have always SOLD OUT, so come out and enjoy yourself. It’s quite yummy!
